One really fun tradition I really wish we’d done more as a child is setting out a tray for Santa.
Now as a parent, I totally realize why my parents might not have wanted to add even more traditions on top of our already busy Christmas Eve!

Just slap these cute SVGs on a tray of your choice, grab some cookies (fresh or store-bought, Santa and I won’t judge), sprinkle a few baby carrots, and get ready for some fun memories with your kids!

Do try not to make Santa’s handwriting look exactly like Mom or Dad’s though. That’s part of what gave it away for me when I was a kid!
I also love that this tradition helps teach children gratitude for for the gifts they get! Santa comes to give them wonderful things, and in return they give a small gift back to Santa and the reindeer who work so hard for them. How sweet!
